This is perhaps the most tranquil hotel in Brescia, one of the quietest in northern Italy.
Spacious airy bedrooms. are set around large cloistered gardens with high walls that  excludetraffic noise, Besides the gardens, where there are chairs and tables, there is a grand staircase, while a pleasant dining room offers a decent breakfast and dinner (closed Sunday evening.) Prices are reasonable for what you get. and the staff extremely friendly.
Brescia itself is a charming small city almost off the tourist track, with majestic Roman ruins, good museums and a splendid  opera house.
